If you create an account, keep your login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, payment abuse or attempts to access or disrupt systems without permission.

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Packaging may change between batches, but products must still match their agreed description.
Please read the ingredients, allergen information, storage instructions and directions on the packaging before use. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

04 / PRICES & PAYMENTS
THE TOTAL, BEFORE YOU COMMIT.
Prices are displayed in euros. The checkout summary shows your order total, including applicable taxes, delivery charges and any additional fees, before you place your order.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. For online payments, follow the payment instructions provided. Where cash on delivery is offered and selected, payment is collected on delivery.
Check that any eligible discount or wallet credit has been applied before confirming your purchase.
05 / YOUR ORDER
CHECK. CONFIRM. KEEP THE DETAILS.
Review your products, quantities, contact details and delivery address before placing your order. Keep your order confirmation and reference number for future enquiries.
If an availability issue or material error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the options. We will not substitute products or increase an agreed price without your agreement.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund payments for the cancelled goods and any associated charges that are no longer payable. Contact us promptly if you need to request an order change.
06 / SHIPPING & DELIVERY
YOUR ESSENTIALS, ON THEIR WAY.
Available delivery destinations, methods, charges and estimated times are shown during checkout. Unless a different period is agreed, delivery will take place within 30 days of the contract being concluded.
If your order is delayed or missing, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Where required by law, you may set a reasonable additional delivery deadline and cancel if it is not met. In some circumstances, cancellation is available without an additional deadline.
For delivery arranged by us, responsibility for loss or damage remains with us until you, or your nominated recipient, physically receive the goods.

CHANGED YOUR MIND? SOMETHING NOT RIGHT?
For eligible online purchases, you generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to withdraw, followed by 14 days to return them.
Legal exceptions may apply, including goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. These exceptions do not remove your rights when goods are faulty or not as described.

GET MORE FROM YOUR ROUTINE.
Where available, coupons provide discounts subject to the conditions shown with each offer, such as eligible products, minimum spend, validity dates and usage limits.
Eligible purchases may earn Club Points that can be converted into wallet credit for future purchases. The applicable earning rules, conversion rate and redemption conditions are those displayed for the programme when you participate.
Do not assume that offers can be combined unless stated. Wallet credit will not be imposed in place of a refund you are legally entitled to receive through your original payment method.

We remain responsible for meeting our contractual and legal obligations, including supplying goods that conform to your purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Website maintenance or technical interruptions do not remove your rights relating to orders already placed. Contact our team if a technical problem affects your purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their country of habitual residence, where applicable, or restrict their rights to bring proceedings before a competent court.
We may update these terms for future transactions to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page. They will not retrospectively change the terms of an existing purchase or remove rights already acquired.
